We make every experience a real treat, and now over 2 days you will get to experience real luxury. We try to keep our prices low to make this retreat as inclusive as possible. Payment plans are available.

Meditate & Yoga

You will experience daily morning and evening Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes, with the option of more advanced yoga classes during the day.

These classes are tailor-made to get to the core of you. Balancing and empowering the mind and body, together with pranayama practice and meditation.

Reflexology

You will experience daily Reflexology treatments. You also have the opportunity to opt-in for extra massage treatments to aid in the detox.

Ivonne will tailor-make your treatment, combined with a special nutritious detox diet. These are especially designed to help you get back to a balanced and relaxed you.

Reiki, rebalancing

You will have a choice of meditations during your stay, to ease away those stress kinks. When you’re not relaxing, yoga-ing, hot tub-ing or enjoying the rolling Glastonbury hills and healing energy, you will have the opportunity to learn about:

  • Aromatherapy for self healing

  • Qigong and energy healing practice
