Meditate & Yoga

You will experience daily morning and evening Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes, with the option of more advanced yoga classes during the day.

These classes are tailor-made to get to the core of you. Balancing and empowering the mind and body, together with pranayama practice and meditation.

Reflexology

You will experience daily Reflexology treatments. You also have the opportunity to opt-in for extra massage treatments to aid in the detox.

Ivonne will tailor-make your treatment, combined with a special nutritious detox diet. These are especially designed to help you get back to a balanced and relaxed you.

Reiki, rebalancing, Facial and selfcare 101

You will have a choice of meditations during your stay, to ease away those stress kinks. When you’re not relaxing, yoga-ing, hot tub-ing or enjoying the rolling Glastonbury hills and healing energy, you will have the opportunity to learn about:

  • Aromatherapy for self healing

  • Qigong and energy healing practice

Selfcare sunday

Sunday will be an exclusive afternoon event where you will get the chance to receive a facial and products from Majana Skincare.

The event includes

  • Selfcare with the use of nature products

  • Bubbles and products exclusively from Majana

  • Yoga and meditation before the facial, to get you in the mood

  • A light, organic lunch

  • Speciality teas and snacks

  • We are hosted at the Earth Spirit Centre, 5 miles away in Glastonbury. https://www.earthspirit-centre.co.uk/facilities/spa More information is sent to you after booking. Early birds get to choose their rooms.

  • Yes absolutely. We take a deposit at the time of booking, and then we expect full payment a week before the retreat. If you need to pay the last part after the retreat, we can also arrange that.

  • No, absolutely not! All activities are scheduled voluntarily. If you wish to spend time in nature, or visting Glastonbury (they have a wonderful earth healing centre, and a Centre for the Goddess, or even to the healing Chalice Wells, we can arrange that on top). This is YOUR time, so use it as you please.

  • We aim to be as inclusive as possible, so we will try to accommodate ALL needs. Please do reach out to talk about your specific medical needs or condition, and consult your doctor before joining this retreat

  • Accommodation during the retreat, all meals, snacks, tea and coffee throughout your stay, as also included.

    Travel to Glastonbury is not included in the price, but if there are a few people coming from Bristol, we may be able to organise car pools.

    All activities are included such as reflexology, massage, yoga, meditation and the spa entry (hot tub and sauna)

  • Earth Spirit Centre is based in Glastonbury, and can easily be access by car or bus. The closest airport is Bristol airport, if coming by air. We can also include an airport pick up (Bristol airport) or a pick up from the nearest train station or bus station for a small fee.
