Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

All reservations must be made through the website, using the ‘Book Now’ tab, powered by Timely. If you experience any issues, please contact Ivonne Reflexology on 07940181116, or via email: Ivonnerideout@gmail.com. Unless stated otherwise, all appointments must be paid for in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

There is a 24hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel or not show up to your appointment without informing Ivonne (via email or phone) at least 24hours in advance, you will incur a 50% charge of the treatment you were booked on to receive.

CHECK-IN:

When you arrive to the venue, please either call or text Ivonne to announce your arrival. There is street parking available on Wells Road, or on the street roads nearby,

FACILITIES:

The venue has good, but not full, accessibility. It is located on the ground floor, and would be fairly easy to manoeuvre a wheelchair for example. There are regular buses which pass nearby.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Consult your doctor before getting treatment if you have any concerns. Ivonne Reflexology is NOT a replacement for medical advice, please always take the advice of a certified medical practitioner. Ivonne is highly qualified, and fully insured, but does not take any responsibility for injury or deteriorated medical conditions clients may experience. This does not apply to situations of negligence or bad practice, for which you still have full statutory rights.
